I've been unstable with jobs and with enhancing any professional asspects towards my carreer. What do you see in my future or what should I persue.

I do sense that you are a very capable and intelligent person, but that there is a strong weight of limited opportunity in your area, which makes it very difficult for you to achieve or grow in any field. I can tell that you have given much thought to how to proceed and move forward, but that you still have doubts that any venture or training you apply yourself to will "pay off" in terms of steady work and financial compensation, so you hesitate. What may sometimes seem to be procrastination or motivation issues, is actually uncertainty revolving around what outcomes may be with each choice you make.

I do see a strong leaning and talent for numbers, careful planning, attention to detail, and this seems to be an area where you should continue to focus your attentions. From what I am picking up, if you can just focus on your goals and find what feels right, sticking to the plan and not allowing doubts or worries to creep in, will eventually be where you want to be. It is also important to remain flexible and keep options open as far as where it is you are planning/willing to go, stay.
