The following Frequently Asked Questions have been compiled to assist visitors and clients alike. Please note that due to many personal and professional obligations, I am limited in the amount of time I can spend replying to individual emails. If you have contacted me with a question, and have been referred to this document, please browse the FAQ below for the answer to your question.

I need help but I can't afford to pay for a reading. Can you help me?

I don't have a Paypal account, can you just take credit cards?
Due to the high cost of merchant accounts, processing credit cards independently is not an option for me at this time. Paypal however does offer the option to pay for your purchase with a credit card, without actually signing up for an account. In the checkout window, select the Click Here button next to "If you do not currently have a PayPal account".

I have been burned by unethical Psychics before. How do I know you are different?
I understand the apprehension of opening up to a new reader. In order to help visitors get an understanding of who I am and what I have to offer, I have created an extensive about me section where you can learn about my personal and professional experiences. I have written an article on Psychic Ethics in order to help people protect themselves from fraudulent individuals. You may also browse client testimonials as well as samples of my chat and email reading work. I also offer a money back guarantee for unsatisfied clients as described in my terms of service.

How accurate are you? Can you give me a percentage?
While I believe very strongly in my abilities, I do not claim to be accurate in any measuable context such as percentages. The truth of the matter is that it is logistically impossible to measure one's percentage of accuracy when it comes to predictions. The amount of follow up and data tracking that would be required to do this would be immense. Many readings look at years down the road, or offer potential scenarios based on choices and situations that are dynamic and changing. More often than not, my readings focus on looking at what is likely to happen, and what should change or be improved in order to influence a more favorable outcome. The true outcome of the situation is of course then up to the persons involved in the situation, not me. Please read the article I have prepared on Destiny and Free Will in Psychic Readings for more information on my views of predictions and their significance in a reading. That being said, I have never been asked for a refund due to disatisfaction with my readings, and I believe this is a strong indication of the quality, accuracy and relevance of my readings.

I have a question related to a health issue, can you help me?
As I am not a certified practitioner of holistic or conventional medicine, I cannot assume the liability of dispensing advice related to medical matters. As a policy I do not address health related questions. For more information please visit the Terms of Service for more information.

I would like to have a phone reading right away. Are you available?
Due to my many personal and professional responsibilities, I am not able to offer readings "live on demand". If you would like to see me for a chat or phone session, you first need to purchase your reading. You will then be taken to a form where you can request two seperate appointments. I will then contact you and work out a fixed appointment time. Generally appointments occur within 24-48 hours of the purchase. If I am unable to provide an appointment time that is suitable for you, I will gladly provide a refund.

Can I book an appointment before purchasing the reading?
Generally I will not book an appointment unless there has been a purchase. The reason for this is that I have had several instances where an appointment was made, and the client did not show up, or showed up and did not want to pay. To avoid these types of situations entirely, I have established a policy that appointments will only be booked upon purchase. If for some reason I am unable to provide an appointment time that is acceptable for you, I will gladly provide a refund.

Do you offer bonus minutes on readings?
I offer 10 free bonus minutes on chat readings of any length. Due to the cost associated to telephone readings, there is no offer of bonus minutes on phone readings. If you wish to take advantage of the free bonus minutes offer, please book a chat reading (they cost the same).

Can I purchase a 30 minute reading, use only part of it and save the rest for later?
Due to the time consuming nature of booking appointments and setting up readings, it is required the clients use the entire block of time they have purchased. If time is remaining on the reading when the client ends the call, it will be considered used and unavailable for later use, unless an arrangement has been made prior to purchase. If you are concerned that you may be purchasing too much time, book a shorter reading. You can always opt to add more time if you need it, at the reduced rate of $9.95 per 10 minute block (only available to chat readings).

Can I purchase a 3 question reading, ask one now and save the rest for later?
When purchasing a 3 question reading, it is necessary to submit all three questions at once. If you submit fewer than three questions, you will receive the 900 word minimum in your response, but any unused questions will be considered used and unavailable for further use, unless an arrangement has been made prior to purchase. If you require fewer than 3 questions, consider purchasing the 1 question email reading.

I emailed you and haven't heard back, what should I do?
If you have not heard back from me within 48 hours of your email, please contact me again and note that you have not received a response in the comments section. Depending on what email service you have (Yahoo and Hotmail are often problematic in this respect) it may be best to add my email address to your "safe" list or contacts list, and check your bulk folder. Sometimes those email services will block my emails or file them in bulk folders.

Why do phone readings cost more than chat readings?
Phone readings involve the added expense of long distance fees to my overhead, so the price for those readings is higher than the chat counterpart, which does not have any cost associated with it.
