This site is owned and administered by PND Communications. PND Communications is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Nora Devan. Any questions or concerns regarding the following policies should be directed to Nora Devan.

Privacy Policy
PND Communications will not use your email to advertise, promote any products or services excluding events and messages sent in good faith, regarding site updates, new services, special offers on PND Communications services and personal messages. Your email address, name, financial information and any other private details you provide during the purchasing process, will not be sold, traded or shared with any other company or group for any reason.

Any personal information revealed in the course of Psychic readings will be held in the strictest of confidence, excluding any specifics regarding, or descriptions of actual criminal activity. In this case the site administration is required to report said activity to the appropriate authorities.

Any personal information provided during the registration process of the Community Forums may be viewable by the public. PND Communications will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of personal information, by third parties who access this information.

Liability Policy
PND Communications will not be held liable for any personal issues arising from the use of this site or it's services. Any choices or decisions made as a result of information provided by live Psychic Readings or other media provided by this site, is an act of independent will on your part. PND Communications is not responsible for the consequences of any such actions.

Use of this site in any form constitutes agreement and understanding that PND Communications has, in good faith, offered services which are intended as personal tools for entertainment and growth. All persons accessing this site acknowledge that PND Communications has provided all the content and services available at http://www.psychicnoradevan.com/ in good faith.

PND Communications is not responsible or in any way liable for any technical problems that may arise from use of the utilities provided by PND Communications. This site is provided on an AS IS basis.

Acceptable Use
PND Communications requires that users not access this site unless they are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to do so in their place of residence. Any consequences resulting from unlawful use or accessing of this site will be solely the responsibility of the user.

PND Communications can not be held responsible for the behavior or comments by other users in the community forums or chat rooms. Use of these areas is provided on an at your own risk, basis.

All users agree to be honest and forthright when accessing free services. Any users found to be masking identities or providing false registrations, financial information or payments will be banned from the site and face consequences included but not limited to: being banned from the site, complaints to the offender's ISP, Civil Liabilities.

Fraud will not be tolerated and any offending parties will be prosecuted to the full extent possible.

Refusal of Service
PND Communications reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, premium readings, free readings and site access. Refusal of service may be necessary for any number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  • Health Related Questions I am not a certified practitioner of holistic or conventional medicine, therefore I am unable to assume responsibility or liability for providing advice related to health matters.
  • Predictions Surrounding Death I will not provide any predictions or insight related to death or passing in the future. My personal ethics and beliefs regarding life and spirituality prevent me from disclosing this sort of information to clients. It is very much a client protection policy, as well as my own personal code of values.
  • Unhealthy Dependence (Addiction) I will not assist a client if I feel beyond a doubt, that he or she is dependent on my services in a way that is unhealthy or damaging to them. While it does not occur often, there are cases where clients may feel the need to rely on a reader to confirm or assist them with so many aspects of their lives, that they lose their own way and lose sight of their own voice and their own strength. I will not provide my services to anyone, If I believe this is harming them.

If services have been paid for but will not be provided, a refund of the purchase price will be sent immediately, along with a description of the reason for refusal.

Publishing
PND Communications maintains the right to edit or change as necessary, any text submitted willingly to the site for publishing. This includes forum posts, testimonials and questions submitted to the advice column. Changes made will usually be limited to name changes, spelling or grammar corrections and occasionally, sentence restructuring. PND Communications will not change the meaning or intent of any text through editing.

Guarantee Policy
PND Communications will offer refunds of any paid timed Psychic Services if the client voices their objection to the quality of the service within the first 10 minutes of any paid Psychic readings. Email readings may be refunded as well provided a client objects to the quality of the reading within 24 hours of receiving the reading. Clients who have obtained refunds for these reason may not purchase additional Psychic Services from PND Communications.

Any technological problems experienced by a client trying to access their paid Psychic Reading, will be addressed and every attempt will be made to correct them. Alternative platforms will be offered including but not limited to Yahoo! IM, ICQ, or telephone only (for USA & Canada). Any client not satisfied by the alternative mediums will be eligible for a refund provided the service has not yet been provided. If a reading has been provided in part, the client agrees to make every effort to use an alternative method to access their reading in order to ensure a fair outcome for everyone.

There are no refunds or guarantees for free services, including but not limited to free online oracle, community forums or community chat sessions. Any technological problem that impedes a users' ability to access the utility in question, is their responsibility.

PND Communications offers gratuities scheduling free events and provides free utilities in good faith with every intent to actually provide the service. Any inability to access this service or failure of PND Communications to provide the service due to any unforseen reason, including but not limited to: illness, technological difficulty, scheduling error, etc. does not constitute misleading advertising. PND Communication will not be held liable for the removal, cancelling or rescheduling of any free events or site utilities.

Pricing Structure
PND Communications reserves the right to reduce or increase prices for services without notice. While PND Communications strives to maintain accuracy and clarity in pricing, any promotional prices or previous prices accidentally found anywhere on the site or at any other location, will not be honoured unless previously arranged. PND Communications will honour the price posted on the purchase. Any disputes in regard to the price will be subject to the guarantee stated above and be offered the option of a refund.

Copyright Policy
No part of this site may be reproduced in whole or in part, without authority granted in writing prior to use. All graphics, written materials, scripts and other content, are original creations unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized use of content will result in action by PND Communications included but not limited to, complaints to ISP of offender, Civil Liabilities for Copyright violation.
